The   International Geography Olympiad   (iGeO) is an annual competition for the best 16 to 19 year old   geography   students from National Geography Olympiads. The competition consists of three parts: a written test, a multimedia test and a substantial field work exercise. iGeO tests the abilities of every participants in spatial patterns and processes. It is about frontiers, centers and peripheries, about tourists, terrorists and refugees, about trade of food, clothes, drugs and digital data, about population growth,   El Niño ,   tsunamis   and   earthquakes , etc. The International Geography Olympiad is organised by the   International Geographical Union   (IGU) Olympiad Task Force. THE INTERNATIONAL BIOLOGY OLYMPIAD

The   International Biology Olympiad   (IBO) is a   science olympiad   for students in sixth form (age 16 to 18). The first academic international Olympiads after the (originally Eastern European-based)   International Mathematical Olympiad   were launched under the auspices of the   United Nations   in the 1960s. The programs have gradually expanded to include more than 70 participating countries across five continents. The IBO is one of these olympiads. All participating countries send the four winners of their National Biology Olympiad to the IBO, accompanied by usually one team leader and two observers/jurors. AIMS The aims of the IBO are to promote a career in science for talented students and to stress the importance of biology in our current society.
